I want to tie Sqlite to JScript/HTA, how to install Sqlite2X ActiveX wrapper?

The cab file comes with install.hta, which seemed to work on the second try. Something like this appeared in the registry, in SysWOW64 two files were added from SqLite2X.cab. However, when running test.vbs, I get error 800A01AD - Cannot create lens by ActiveX container: 'SqLite2X.SqLiteConnection'.
Where to poke to make it start?
