I want to organize WebRTC on some server, which server for windows should I choose?

I read manuals on WebRTC, but I didn’t find instructions on how to simply install a server (more precisely, which one to choose), make a simple site and plug in WebRTC there, although they explain the latter and provide javascript samples. I am not familiar with web development, I recently got acquainted with python, but such a non-standard task has appeared. Stumbled on the choice of the server. What do you advise?
