I want to order an iPad2, a question about the customs of Ukraine

I want to order this device from Canada through a friend, but I'm interested in the issue of customs clearance. If you add the cost of delivery and 20% customs clearance to the cost of the device, then the price becomes completely non-democratic.

Such a question - can the sender arrange the parcel somehow so that I do not pay customs duty (gift or something else)?

@ZimM

in general, as far as I know, not 20%, but 44% - VAT + actual duty

If I were you, I would not rush to order Apple products, especially iPad2, knowing how they love to steal these products at the post office.
Just look at the number of stolen iPhones:

and this list is very long.

If you indicate in the declaration that the value of the goods in the package is < $ 200, there should be no problems.

Order via shipito, fill out the declaration yourself, indicate the cost up to 200 EUR, and write not Apple iPad 2 in the declaration, but say used tablet pc.
If you specify the keywords Apple, iPad, iPhone in the declaration, customs officers have reflexes on them to steal, breed money)

I thought HOW TO ... I myself would not mind ordering where to find a proven instruction.
Here is the article. habrahabr.ru/blogs/android/84664/
but somehow everything is not very accurate ...
after all, the money is not small ...
the question about customs remains open
