How to switch from PDD Yandex?

The management was tired of problems with Yandex mail, there was a desire to switch to something else.
Of the free options, there is Mail.Ru, but it is hardly better than Yandex.
Of the paid ones, I singled out the three most popular ones: Google, Microsoft and Zoho.
Google $50 per year, Microsoft about the same 312.4 rubles per box per month, when paid for the year, Zoho is only $2 per month.
Should I be fooled by Zoho's price?

I also have the task of moving from Yandex. But even before the choice, I stand and consider only Google. Yes, it’s not cheap for an organization with 40+ mailboxes, but all the additional services besides the mail itself were bribed.

I can tell you how we switched from Ya.PDD to Google Suites. This happened because I wanted normal support, and Yandex, unfortunately, could only offer support via mail. We didn’t want to wait several hours for a request, so we started looking for something more interesting. What Google bribed us with - unlimited Google drive and an infinite number of domains when buying from five users. For us, this turned out to be very attractive, because. you have to store a lot of media content, and as a result, you don’t have to spend money on the server. I transferred mail using a proprietary utility, I want to say about it that it seems to work, but sometimes it gives incomprehensible failures. You can transfer almost any folders, but some letters may be lost, especially if the volume is huge (our accounting department basically does not delete anything, even mailing lists).
After almost two years of use, I can say that this is a rather convenient service. Support works quickly, requests to support on the site, although it is written that it can be processed within a few hours, in practice take up to a couple of minutes. They call from Ireland, judging by the code, problems are solved quickly)) If something is not very serious, or product support is available in Russia, I contact local support (in our case, softline). Another plus is access to ALL Google services and to many third-party applications absolutely for free (included in the price). At the same time, we use Google analytics, my business, adwords, and some others that I disowned :)) If some service does not work, you can easily see it in the dashboard.
If you have any questions - contact me, I will try to answer.

I left GoogleApp for O365, because Google took money for everything, for not using it, for the mailing group, if necessary. Microsoft has such a plan, they have an Exchange Online 1 tariff plan, where you pay only for mail, distribution groups are free and do not eat a license. The admin is just awesome. So if I were you, I would switch to O365.

Several times I created corporate mail on Mail.ru. There were no problems for anyone. So Mail would recommend.
