I want to learn how to draw, where do I start?

I want to learn how to draw. To draw exactly characters for games, cartoons, at the expense of where to draw ideas and all that, I think I’ll figure it out, Google will tell me :)
I’ll poke my finger where to start. I already took a sketchbook with a pencil, downloaded another sketchbook from Autodesk to my computer, today I will take a graph. the tablet. I would be very happy and grateful if the local gurus in this matter just show where to start and how to move on. Thanks in advance.

I am not a guru, but I will try to advise. Start by studying human and animal anatomy for the artist. This will help to correctly build the character so that it is not broken in appearance. Then train, copy the works of the masters, fill your hand, over time you will develop your own style and technique. But copying should not be stupid, but noticing some points in technology.
I wish you good luck with this

As for me, you should start with the basics, or at least practice on them from time to time.
I have been going to drawing for about a year, drawing all this time with a pencil. At first we started with a jug and an apple, then a cube, then we already complicated the task. And only not so long ago, I was able to draw the first head.
In general, I mean that you should not rush with the anatomy of people or animals. Challenge yourself with cubes.
And if you have money and free time, it's better to find a good drawing teacher and ask him to teach you the basics.
