Web development in 2020 is not just about laying out a layout and uploading it to a hosting.
In addition to knowing html and css, you need to know js. Knowledge of js pulls the trio of frameworks. React, Angular and Vue.
The browser is now like a second operating system in a computer with some limitations.
This is about the front.
PHP, Java, C#, NodeJs, Go, Python "sit" on the back.
The choice is wide but at the same time requires good knowledge from a specialist.
If we talk about learning JS, then perhaps you can start with this .
For HTML and CSS, the free part on this site may be enough as basic knowledge. And then just practice.
I would definitely not recommend the course. As a rule, mountains of gold are promised there only in order to earn money from students.

just make a simple client-server application,
for example, an analogue of Toaster, well suited for this
or a blog chat forum
and then you will understand everything,
but it’s better to do all this not in standard professional frameworks
, but only in pure languages
and without a ready-made DBMS - store data in files
after that you will be a real programmer
and if you want, then you can continue to try to work as they work in the professional industry - that is, to study additionally about 10 times more and still practice,
but if you immediately learn to do in frameworks, you can overstrain

Alloha! Maleho aside, probably... Look for a "sponsor"!)))
I'm not up to a sponsor, but I can offer to participate in the www.univirmag.ru project. Tilda, zero block.
Insert a mindmap block, a "command" page and a "give money, why are you sorry chtoli? ..." block.
It’s not the time to take a steam bath in the code itself, mindmap-in html / js finished me off ... You can use it as a template.
Ps, 750 - "expensive thing"? Or I didn't notice something. Point freebie for 2 months drove. I'll go and see the tariffs...
Psst, maybe I'm just sick and I love science fiction... I should have switched to Web.3d for a long time... If youth allows - 3d, VR, AR. Html/css - starikam ostavit))) (tolko ne sypte peskom)
