I want to file an appeal for gtld domain registration. How to do it?

Hello.
I am an individual entrepreneur, I am engaged in the provision of services in the field of passenger road transportation.
May 14, sent an application to 101domain for domain registration in the new .taxi zone .
On August 15, after 101domain informed me that my domain was available for final order, I made the payment.
Yesterday, August 19, I received a letter stating that my domain registration was denied (Denied: Domain was taken by another party in an earlier launch phase) - this is already in doubt, because even an application for registration of pre-registered domains cannot be submitted.
In any case, whois shows that the domain was registered on August 18 to another person.
Support told me:

...domain was indeed registered by other clients in an earlier registration phase

and offered to refund my money.
When I asked why 101domain told me that the domain was available for the final order of s.p. answered:
For the reason that information that a domain is registered in another phase is not available until all domains of this extension are submitted for registration

In the evening, when I went to my domain, I found that it was for sale at a price of $5,000.
Now there is a desire to carry out the UDRP procedure, since the fact of bad faith registration is obvious.

So. Now I need to choose a dispute resolution provider ( https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/providers-20... )
I am not strong in English, I need help in choosing and preparing an application.
If there are people on the toaster who are ready to fight the cybersquatter, help.

Here, as it were, everything is according to the law and you will not achieve anything.
The bottom line is that registration for new domain zones before opening takes place in several stages (from expensive to cheap). And at each stage, you can issue and pay for an application for registering a domain you like. BUT the one who submitted such an application before the others will receive the domain: the rest will simply be refunded the funds spent. You applied on the 14th, the zone opened on the 18th: from this I conclude that you have reached the last stage and the chances of getting a domain were scanty.
About a year ago, when new domain zones were opened, I bought the most "delicious" domains at the penultimate stage, without waiting for the last one, when
I feel there will be a question about the date of registration: whenever a person orders a domain, the date of registration will be equal to the date of opening the domain zone. In your case, everything is correct - the 18th number

There was a similar situation in 2004. Submitted an application for registration of a domain in the .ru zone to the registrar ValueHost. A day later, it turned out that this domain had just been registered to a private person. The money was returned. I had to register a corporate domain at a different address.
This is not a 100% coincidence, because the site never appeared on the original domain, and a year later it was released. And I registered it for myself and made a doorway there)
And one more time in a car service (not official, but inspiring confidence - with a guarded parking lot, documents, polite managers and sober sane craftsmen) they made a copy of the immobilizer key. And then tracked home. And twice they came for the car - the first time they saved the satellite signaling, and by the second time I had already changed the immobilizer from the officials.
I think that in both cases the company has nothing to do with it. But everywhere you can find pi * daras (in a bad sense) who will try to take advantage of his official position. Proving something is unlikely.
Regarding the registration of domains, I concluded for myself - register domains only through the largest registrars (there is a possibility of storing the history of applications to which ordinary employees do not have access - for possible proceedings) and it is better not online, but in person. Although now there is nothing to register, basically you have to buy at auctions if you need a normal address.
