I started reading relevant articles on Habré. But I see that mathematics is indispensable here. I studied mathematics at school and institute, but I forgot everything a long time ago. What exactly do I need to study in terms of mathematics? What books and articles to read (in Russian)? How deep do you need to know mathematics in order to create your own neural network in practice? What is the ratio between mathematics and programming in the process of creating a neural network (in percent)? Are there courses on this topic? In what language is it better to program a neural network?

Find some kind of guide like this,
start doing it, google it for questions that arise. Make several "projects" using different technologies. I think you'll get a feel for the direction.
