I want to create a program for permutation in the room. In what language is it better to create it? Is it possible to implement this program in C#?
In this program, I want to implement the ability to enter data for the length, width, height and further the color of the object, the shape and add volume. The program will have a workspace and a window - a container for items that can be dragged from this container into the workspace, rotated. So that the program checks, according to the previously entered dimensions of the room and objects, whether it is possible to put the object in one place or another. Also, so that you can save the permutation option in 2d, later in 3d as a project in which you can work as a picture with a finished version.
In what/which programming languages can this be implemented?

If you want to write it yourself - Unity + C # is an obvious choice, if you are looking for something similar ready-made, but did not find what you were looking for - it was discussed here
