How do I configure WinPE to use PXE so that 32 and 64 bit windows can be installed?

Good time of the day everyone!
I am setting up a PXE server (tftp, dhcp and pxelinux on ubuntu), I want to install 32- and 64-bit windows by booting Windows PE and running setup.exe from the OS distribution.
The problem was found in this: if you build WinPE 32-bit, then it will not be able to install 64-bit Windows. And if you build a 64-bit one, it will not be able to install a 32-bit operating system, and WinPE itself may not start at all on old 32-bit machines.
What can be done?
