I use the Vidalia client to encrypt torrent traffic from MTS. Troubles (problems) with recoil!?

Hello!
I have Internet Smart-unlimited from MTS (still on the promotion, really unlimited). I distribute it to a laptop via Wi-fi. But, as you know, Mts limits torrent traffic, and there is no download speed in the client.
This is solved and I solved it using the Vidalia client from tor, which apparently encrypts torrent traffic from mts. The download speed has really increased in the client at times. But, I registered on the tracker, where the statistics of return / reception are calculated and the rating is kept. And that's where the problems started.
I created my distribution, it is displayed in the seeds, in the client the status of the distribution is green "distributed". But no one downloads me, everything is zero. and recoil statistics are incorrectly taken into account. The tracker site admin told me that he sees how I constantly change Ip on the tracker. Apparently this is a problem. (And it does not change, only locally on the tracker). Why did I conclude that Vidalia does this to me. And the question is - how to configure it (the vidalia client) so that there are no such problems and the IP does not jump, is it possible ?! thank!

Vidalia is a GUI (graphical user interface) for Tor. Tor is an anonymous network where you access the internet through volunteers. In fact - as if you are sitting with their Internet. I will not explain in more detail, the very first page of search results will give out a sea of information.
There are several nuances:
1. To distribute, you need an open port. Since your "router" is a Tor volunteer, this is quite difficult. For example, because the volunteer is different each time you establish a connection to the Tor network.
2. Tor should not be used for torrents. It even says on the project website. This is how you harm the entire network. Its purpose is anonymous access to the web.
3. Vidalia is deprecated and no longer supported. Better not to use it.
