In general, there was a freelance project. The customer wanted an online store to sell electronics. I put a price of $300 and he chose me as the performer. After a little correspondence, he simply stopped writing and closed the project. But the problem is that I was charged with this commission. It's good that there is no money on the credit card, otherwise a message came to the phone, they say, there are not enough funds for the purchase. On the freelance I have -30$. And from the customer, according to the policy of the service, a commission of $ 9 was taken. I wrote to support, but they answer for a very long time. Have you had this? What should I do? Is there any way to get rid of this minus on the account?
