I think it's called reverse hash?

Guys, how to get [email protected] or [email protected] from a line like b65739272286f11308b2918ca239ec8 or 23e9e24b57202ced40bffa80a4f719fe? Or unsolvable?

Unsolvable.

Only overkill.
There are other ways, like rainbow tables, but in your case they are unlikely to work.

Actually, practical irreversibility is one of the properties required from cryptographic hash functions.

Potentially solvable, but you need to know the algorithm, salt and rent a huge supply of computing power. In addition, there will most likely be several solutions, and not at all the ones you expect. So it’s unlikely that users’ emails can be “pulled out” from the database; in fact, they are hashed for this.

Definitely unsolvable.
This is not an encryption algorithm, but a hashing algorithm.
Example:
There is a line "I love waving" and there is a line "mom washed the frame". In a vacuum, the algorithm will calculate their hash and it can (quite to itself) match. And the original text in life is unrecognizable.
