I put an SSL certificate on the site, configured it according to the instructions. When you click on the site link, an error appears.
The browser has a padlock icon.
When you click on a site link from Excel or Word, a window appears:

Certificate error
The application encountered an internal error while loading SSL libraries

Until you click OK, the site link does not open.
I do not want to strain our customers, you never know what they will think.

How to fix it? (when clicking from other programs, for example PDF, skype, whatsapp no problem)
