I need to set the SoftBody object to move without strong deformation, how to do it?

I have an object without a collider, but with a Rigidbody2D component, I figured out from foreign YouTubers how to create a SoftBody object correctly, I did it as follows:
Through the Sprite Editor, I added 4 bones to the character at each corner, then connected the adjacent corners with the opposite ones, created 3 Spring Joint 2D and attached CircleCollider2D and Rigidbody2D to each bone The
question is, everything works, the object behaves like a jelly when in contact with the collider, but as soon as I added movement for the "Jelmy" character, the round colliders began to behave incorrectly, they overlap each other on a friend and thereby changing the overall picture of my object.
Is there a way to somehow fix the form more reliably so that there are no such incidents during movement and strong shocks?
