I.money: How do I get my account login details?

I am a very beginner developer (php, c#), the company has no opportunity to hire a smart one.
The application is planned immediately for Android (immediately for the cash register), so my existing experience is of little use.
Problem: from the documentation of i.money, I do not understand how I can log in to the personal account with the application.
There it is described as follows:
