All this "free" software for "cheat" and "promotion" in 99.9 cases is malware. When you install a program, it is first unpacked into a temporary folder. Antivirus monitors and removes malicious files in real time. Therefore, the installer cannot move the file(s) from the temporary folder to the installation folder because the antivirus has cleaned up some files. Alternatively, you can add the program to the exceptions, or disable the antivirus. But this is all at your own peril and risk. Only then do not ask questions like: "Hackers hacked me and stole my account. What should I do?"

There are two options:
- if there is an antivirus, then there is a virus in this "Vzhop" and the antivirus shot it (well, or it didn’t let it open, which is the same, it was quarantined)
- if there is no antivirus, then you already have a virus on your computer - and these are his masking actions :) While you are staring at the message, your files are already encrypted :)
