I'm struggling with Eclipse and Android Studio, almost all the lessons on Eclipse are online, I'm trying to repeat on AS, but while I find the right points, I'm wasting my nerves, what should I do?

Or switch to Eclipse? Probably almost no difference?

Sit down and deal with AS, you say that there are 100500 points. I moved from eclipse to idea 3 years ago without any problems (AS is based on intellij idea).

AS IMHO is more convenient than Eclipse. I myself first started learning Android programming with Eclipse. but then moved to AS. AVD is a terribly slow thing, when I came across Genymotion on the Internet, my happiness knew no bounds, it works very fast, I advise you to use it.
For learning, there is also a good site with lessons StartAndroid.ru and the Devcolibri channel on YouTube.
