I'm not receiving calls, what's the problem?

I gave my iPhone 4s to my boyfriend, took 5s for myself, at first whoever called him hit me, they didn’t reach him. I changed AppleId to different ones, now I don't receive calls. BUT they can’t get through to him now, they say: temporarily not available.
