How to improve internet speed?

Hello everybody!
A question. I have internet in my country house via a 3g/LTE modem that is plugged into the router. The speed shows about
19 Mbps, ping 26-36. RSSI modem shows from 86-91. But I don’t like the connection, you watch a movie, it can slow down especially if several devices work and movies are watched from them. IP-TV too, sometimes good, but often everything hangs. I can’t understand what the problem is, I wanted to buy an additional antenna to amplify the 3g signal, but hz. will it help .... I also wanted to buy an irradiator for a satellite dish, I called the company, but they told me that I would set it up on my own .... Maybe someone came across how to make it work well?

I can't figure out what's the problem

The fact that 20 Mbps is not enough to watch movies from a dozen devices.
