I'm learning django, when I create a project (startproject xxx) a folder is created but it's missing any files. What could be the problem?

Win7x64, Python3.4, Django1.7.
Necessary environment variables are registered in path.
I create a folder, go there (cd c:\...), while in it I run django-admin.py startproject xxx, a folder is created, but it does not contain the necessary .py files! Tell me please, what could be the matter? Thanks in advance!

Are there Russian characters on the way? Because of them, often different problems.

I advise you to use virtualenv , everything is needed or it will load itself)
