I learned here not long ago about the freon and thought: what are the ways to cool the computer?

There is a passive one - this is when a piece of metal stands and conducts heat.
The active is a piece of metal with a propeller.
Water is when the CPU is washed with water and the water in the huge radiator is cooled.
Freonka is a converted refrigerator.
And uh... gravy. This one is when something cold and boiling is poured onto the processor.
And what other ways are there?
Or modifications of any of the above that improve the performance of the above methods?

You have listed almost everything. Pelte elements, just worth mentioning. Only combinations of the above remain.

Passive, but with a different (other than air) environment. For example, immersion of the entire installation in oil.
"Freecooling" using a different external environment (outboard sea water on the ship, removal outside the building / on the balcony, use of ice / snow)

You can also lower the frequency of the processor, replace the "hot" with cold ones (usually, of course, to the detriment of performance), but depending on what the goal is.
