I have a low RAM frequency, how can I fix it?
I bought myself 2 * 8 hyperx fury memory sticks with a declared frequency of 3733 MHz
Immediately after installation and launch, I entered the BIOS and saw that the frequency was 2666 MHz and the xmp profile was enabled, I tried to set the frequency to 3733 MHz myself and exited the BIOS, after which the computer rebooted 3 times. After that, I went into the BIOS again and saw that now the frequency is 2400 MHz and higher, when I try to set 3733, it does not rise. On both xmp profiles I tried to set the frequency to 3733 but the result is the same, the task manager and cpu-z say that the frequency is 2400 MHz

It just does not pull high frequency.
Reduce the frequency in the BIOS from 3733 MHz to the item below. If it shakes back, reduce more and do so until the PC takes a stable frequency.
