I got a difficult client who files a complaint with the police. Who is right?

Good day to all!
The point is this.
Worked with a client (made a website) - the usual Landing Page, the client is a woman.
We met with her personally in the process of work, showed the stages (everything suited her) .
At the end of the work, everything suited her and a working website was published .
After that, the client received messages that it was necessary to make changes and add some more functionality (this was not included in the amount that she paid, i.e., in fact, she has to pay extra for edits and additions).
We described everything to her, that for "so" no one will do anything.
To which she replied - If you don't want to finish it, I'll file a complaint with the police!

Issue amount: 35,000 rubles
We will not do a refund for the work done.
Nothing was documented (everything was in correspondence) and no more!
There are witnesses that initially everything suited her and she was happy!
This is the first time we have dealt with such incompetent clients.
Actually, what to expect in this situation, even if she files a complaint with the police??
The site works, everything is given to the client!

Is there a list of works approved by the customer with his signature (or any other evidence of these words) that should have been completed as part of the transaction?
If there is, then everything is considered according to this list.
But in fact - you made a product for her and she accepted it, agreeing to place the site and you have evidence in the correspondence.
The fact that she will go somewhere is a 0.0% chance.
She probably played poker

Forget about her, let her look for stupid schoolchildren who will do everything for her for free))) I don’t pay attention to such people at all in life, this is stupid intimidation, she won’t do anything :) Unless, of course, she doesn’t want to make herself a fool in front of everyone: )
According to the law, this is her mistake, since she had to think about contracts. And so, she will never prove that she is right.

1) Under what article was she going to file a complaint with the police? Maybe go to court?
2) I think you have already understood that working without a contract is a bad idea.
3) How did you receive the money, was it officially carried out?

@psychologic

Hammer a bolt on it and that's it.
There is evidence of consent in the correspondence, there was no personal meeting. And it’s better if there is no individual entrepreneur, then draw up a contract, and I advise you to blacklist such people, and complain to the administrator where the order was taken from. In fact, she will not prove anything, and the police will send her.

I don’t see the line-up, the police will send her, she’s either bluffing or stupid...
...her position is very slippery for court squabbles, and the costs of competent production will be comparable to the price of the project

Say that in this case there will be sanctions on your part - the client will be limited in the ability to order sites from you))

To which I would answer her: "Your right."
You are a happy person.
In fact, it should be explained as follows: There is a difference between
- agreed to do a certain scope of work for n rubles
and
- gave themselves into slavery forever
. Let her figure out what her requests are closer to?
If everything is complicated there, but let him go to the police. This is what the Court is meant to do, to resolve disputes. Let her go, find out how much it costs, consult with lawyers, explain to her a couple of times that she is wrong and that's it. File a lawsuit, file a counterclaim for extortion.

Who is right and who is wrong in your case will largely depend on the testimony of you and the applicant.
When applying to the police, in any case, the latter are obliged to accept and process it, respectively, call you and take your testimony and request evidence to support your arguments, if any.
Whether there is a composition or not, it is decided individually, no one will answer you here ... it can appear simply from the fact that something was not agreed, changed, and then the opposite turns out. But the police do not need such cases, as a rule they write that there is no corpus delicti, since the dispute is subject to civil resolution, but they need help to substantiatein the act of checking why exactly the dispute is subject to civil resolution, this is your task and the better you offer a solution, the faster they will leave you behind, otherwise they will simply pull you for interrogations and waste your time as many times as necessary until you write the very justification ...
When there is a statement, carry all the correspondence, contacts of witnesses, a certificate from the bank about the payment (maybe there was a reason for the transfer, for example, "website creation services" or so on, unless of course you took cash by writing a receipt that they took a loan, and not an advance or payment ... and this happens) screenshots of the site, the address of the site on which the customer's contacts, etc.
Take certified copies of explanations and in general all documents ...
Further, this aunt, if desired, can file a complaint against you with Rospotrebnadzor, or go to court to recover the money back, and her chances of success may largely depend on your testimony to the police ..., because. the court will no longer check their authenticity, but will take it as an established fact.
