Рекомендуется на https://apiok.ru/dev/methods/rest/group/group.getM... проверять запросы - там быстрее можно проверить валидность запроса в встроенном калькуляторе запросов.
Как минимум, подпись должна включать секретный ключ сессии а не только передаваемые параметры.
