I found a talent in myself to monetize applications and games - what should I do now?

Good afternoon community. I found in myself a talent to monetize applications. I am currently working with a couple of startups, but these are our projects with friends, but I want to develop myself in this direction.
Help with advice on what to do next, what books to read, what lectures to listen to.
And most importantly, what is the name of the profession? the query "monetization specialist" does not give anything.

By the way, good talent! Many companies and startup teams don't know how to monetize an app or idea... Develop as an Internet Marketer, SMM Specialist and MobileApp Marketer
