I downloaded bootstrap-notify.zip and opened it - there are a bunch of files - what exactly to connect?

I downloaded bootstrap-notify.zip and opened it - there are a lot of files - what exactly should I connect? And what are these files for? and why is there another bootstrap-notify.min.js in the 'dist' folder?
