I don’t understand, is there a typo in the task or I just don’t know how to solve it?

Given a function f(x) , there is no x in the body of the function, instead of x - the variable t
I don't understand how to solve this at all.
I started to deal with the topic of derivatives quite recently.
If the task is correct, can you analyze this or a similar task?

Most likely just a typing error. Instead of t there should be x (or vice versa).
It is solved elementarily, analytically find the derivative of the function and substitute x=4 into the resulting expression.
