I don't see posts in my feed or RSS?

This is not the first time I notice that some posts do not appear in the feed and RSS.
For example, manually clicking on the Java hub, I see the article habrahabr.ru/post/155191/
At the same time, when I open the habrahabr.ru/feed/posts/ feed and scroll through it, I don’t see this post.
I am subscribed to Java, other posts are from there I see. What could be wrong?
