I don't know how to create PSD layouts?

Hello Uv.forumchane! Studied html5/ css3/ technologies quite well, and know a little flex. I read 2 books on html5 / css3 that I bought in the store. So the time has come to practice, I took the psd layout and opened it - but I can’t make it up. I reach the cap (header) and everything and then I get lost. I can’t make up .. (content). Where in the content there are 6 blocks with text and in a line there are 3 blocks .. I have a very great desire to learn how to make websites, but I can’t make up with psd (((What to do? Give advice on what and how ..I really hope for your
help.Don't scold me too much, I'm new here!))))

Well, you're right off the bat. Start with simple steps.
1. Lay out a square
2. Lay out 2 squares side by side
3. Lay out 3 squares side by side
...
N. Any number of squares per page in any order.
As soon as you understand how elements are placed on the page in general, what it depends on, then move on to real layouts.
