I don't have PhpMyAdmin in Open server?

I don't have PhpMyAdmin in Open Server. When I go to my site's phpmyadmin it doesn't open for example www.example.com/PhpMyAdmin there is an error. And when I go here nothing comes up
Open Server > Advanced > PhpMyAdmin

You can download and install phpMyAdmin yourself

I didn't have it when hovering over PhpMyAdmin's Advanced tab either.
I went to Settings - tab Modules -MySQL / MariaDB instead of not using set MySQL -5.7
Everything worked.
