I changed the DNSs of the rucenter to the DNSs of another hoster, and when will the “A record” of the new hoster be attached?

Delegation passed, "A-record" was found on the new hosting. But the IP is still old, rutsentrovskiy. The site itself, opens with a new hosting. "A - record" - will it somehow catch up later?

When changing NS servers, the first level zone (RU COM RF INFO, etc.) must update.
For example, Zone RU is updated 4 times a day: at 02:00, 10:00, 14:00, 19:00 (Moscow time). The SU and RF zones are updated every odd hour.
thus, you need to wait until the NS Record for the domain changes, the cache of the domain A-record in the caching DNS flies, and after that everything will work.
Before such moves, I always recommend that you first prepare the ground and change the TTL for A records for 1 hour or even 10 minutes in order to move to another hosting as quickly as possible.

If everything is done correctly, it usually happens within 24 hours.

See DNS settings for A-record TTL: usually 4 hours (+/-1/2 hours for delegation by root DNS servers).
In general: TTL+2 hours (maximum). Usually - no later than 6 hours after the zone update.
