Alternatively, you found a bug in a product that has not yet been released.
PS It amuses me wildly when people put themselves a test version of the product and ask how to fix some kind of bug...

Run Powershell as admin and use
The InterfaceIndex of the desired adapter can be viewed using the Get-NetAdapter cmdlet

In previous Windows, this meant that the user got into the settings, not the admin. Moreover, I personally could not run these settings on behalf of the admin - just go under it locally and then configure it.
