I can't use Cyrillic in filenames in LibreOffice. What could be the problem?

I can’t save a file with Cyrillic in the name in LibreOffice

If I try to open a file that contains Cyrillic in the name, I get this

The file definitely exists - if you rename it using Latin letters or numbers, it will open
Everything works correctly in other programs (for example, Kate )
(OS Manjaro)
