I can’t understand why it gives an error 500, and in some cases on line 67, which is not there, or rather it is empty, can you help?

 if(!$available){

 $response['message'] = 'Parameters ' . substr($missingparams, 1, strlen($missingparams)) . ' missing';

We don't understand either.
Enable error logging and read logs.
