I can't set up the image uploader plugin for ck editor 4. Has anyone seen it?

The form needs a simple image upload with no settings. Сk editor is connected and working. The image uploader plugin works and uploads an image to the site directory. However, it does not insert the image url into the text, php returns it. I have a hard time with English and I don’t really understand the code. So I don't know how to set it up correctly. Can anyone help me set it up correctly.
