I can't see the application log via buildozer logcat. How to fix?

I'm trying to look at the application log on android, as it crashes, compiled through buildozer and try to look at the buildozer android deploy run logcat command, nothing is displayed, because the smartphone is not detected, but ubuntu itself and the adb devices team see it.
