I can't render normally in 3D S MAX 2015 + V-ray 3. What's the trouble?

Hello everyone. I'm new to 3ds max and this is my first time rendering a test room that I've modeled. My processor is core i3 2100, video card is Geforce GTX 460. I installed 3ds max 2015. I chose V-ray 3.0 for rendering. Installed it for Max. I found a suitable perset with settings on the Internet (look at the screenshot). Put V-ray lighting in the scene. Next render. I'm only waiting 30 seconds. In the end, everything looks terrible. Just look at the screenshot.
But V-Ray RT has the ability to render using CUDA. ActiveShade, when rendered with CUDA enabled, looks quite normal. Although if you make a processor, almost the same nonsense. As far as I remember, V-Ray RT is now built into 3DS Max by default. But V-Ray RT is not suitable for rendering. It's too weak compared to the paid version.
Is it all because of the processor? After all, when I set rendering with CUDA in RT, it looks quite normal. But V-Ray RT is worse than V-Ray 3.0 Adw. And in V-Ray 3.0 Adw there is no way to render with CUDA. I would be very grateful for any help.
