I can’t recover the password from the mail, tell me what to do in such a strange situation (details of the nonsense of this situation below)?
Sounds very trite, really.
The problem is that the account is not mine, but my mother’s, the password for which, of course, she doesn’t remember, but this is a live.com account that cannot be changed from the phone, or at least create a new one, which is why I wanted to recover its password, to delete later.
But the problem is that the recovery code does not come to the mail to which the account is linked.
Also tried to restore without mail. But it did not work out, because there were idiotic questions that were unrealistic to answer. For example, "Passwords you've used before". First, what if I didn't use any other passwords? Yes, even if I used it, I noted that I don’t remember the password, how can I write those that were even earlier? It's okay. Another question: "What folders did you ask besides "Drafts", etc.?" What if you didn't create it? The point is that these questions cannot be answered in this way. "What kind of letters did you write to other people?" I didn't write letters. I used this account only to download applications in the Play Market. And it is very infuriating that it is impossible to answer these questions somehow like “I didn’t write, I didn’t create”, etc.
Everything would be easier with mail, but the code does not stupidly come there, namely, on this site, when recovering a password using mail, for some reason there is no saving link "I did not receive a code."
Maybe I'm very stupid in something, then explain to the silly girl, please.

If it was used only for the playmarket, then what's the problem with creating a new account?
Create a new account, I have several of them on live, what problems then?
