But I can't even make a start anymore. I can't make the background like in the picture:

there are different tones of blue against the background. These tones: pictures. No matter how hard I try, I can’t make them in this exact location. When I tried to do something similar, I had another problem. It lies in the fact that when I bring the picture close to the edge (in this case, the right edge), my screen expands. Those. a certain width regulator appears below (xs what it's called, but to understand I'll throw off the screen :)
