Good afternoon, please tell me, I transferred the site from the locale to the hosting, did it according to the instructions, uploaded the database dump to the database on the server, replaced everything in the config.php files at the root and in the admin folder as needed. (if the site works, then the admin panel should, in theory). Permissions are given to files. htaccess is standard, I tried to remove it altogether - it does not help. What could be the problem?

UPD: I solved the problem: I deleted all site files and uploaded again. The causes of the problem remain unclear.
