I can't install Qt creator, what should I do?

Yesterday I decided to understand the development of applications for the Aurora OS. I read it and came to the conclusion that I need the Qt creator development environment. But during installation it gave an error Installation from this IP adress is not allowed . Can you please tell me what to do.

This is due to the fact that Qt does not allow the download of their products on the territory of the Russian Federation.
