How to start building a project in QT Creator?

Compiled QT Creator from this answer https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24960176/how-t...
Created a new "Qt Designer Form", I want to run it and see. But this function is not available to me for some reason. Does anyone know why?
Mac OS 10
Qt Creator 4.5.0

Make sure that the source directories and the build directory are set correctly.
Check that all build steps are correct and qt sees the compilers.
Also, make sure the project you want to compile is active.
