Recently I added a second ip address, through the admin panel, and a new domain on it, I want to release ssl LE , but I get an error
Error: Let's Encrypt nonce request status
Google is already the second day and nothing, it's on Ubuntu 18.04
Help, who slutted, on other domains, ssl is. I also tried to transfer the new domain to the old ip (where ssl was issued), but this did not help either.

The protocol for obtaining a certificate was updated some time ago, I suppose that's the point.
Install certbot in virtualenv and manually issue the certificate.
There is another tool written by Go for these purposes, I think it is more convenient, but I have not tried it.
