Most likely, it lies in files like index.html or instructions for loading a third-party frame lie in .php files. But in general, it can be almost anywhere.
You will not find the code itself - only a link to display content from a third-party resource (in this case, from bigmedia) is stored in the file.
I advise you to register an exception for the bigmedia domain in .htaccess.
And it's better to determine from which resources the advertisement is loaded (through the developer tools in the browser - the "Network" tool) and search for the domain name in the files.
