I can't create a project in Untity Hub, what's the problem?

I can't create a project in Unity Hub. I personally think that this is a matter of license and version. I have a BETA Version here is a screenshot:

First, reinstall Unity completely. Have you downloaded the Unity Editor itself?. In addition, never name the path in Russian, this will cause a bunch of errors later, perhaps this is the reason. Use only English without spaces.

I also somehow put a beta unity hub, and also did not allow me to create / open projects.
I shuddered and immediately returned to the release version of the hub.
