I can’t copy and run ideaIC-2018.2.5 on Kubunte, how can I open a directory with dolphin from under root or copy it with a terminal?

I tried
cp [-u] /home/pavel/Downloads/ideaIC-2018.2.5.tar.gz -> /opt
in the terminal says
that ort is a directory and even though I'm weak in the terminal.
writes to the
kdesu dolphin
command - the command was not found, it's a shame even, everyone says it should work,
advise who knows, the ultimate goal is to run the installer of intelage ideas :), thanks to everyone who unsubscribes

Put JetBrains Toolbox in your home directory and install and update all applications from JetBrains from it (also in your home directory).
