I can't connect via ssh, what should I do?

Good afternoon, I installed a vpn server on the main vds with all projects, now vpn has stopped working, I can’t connect via ssh because the vpn must have closed the ports, what should I do? how can i connect now?

VPN does not close ports.
if you accessed via ssh via the Internet, and not via vpn, then everything should work.

VPN does not close ports.
Connect via VNC from the host's admin panel. See what's wrong and fix it.
