It will not work to change, there the logic is tied to the lines you write about. It will not work - insert a crutch with the translation of loanApproval and creditRating (they are stored in $scope like, but you look better). On back:
In the markup, specify {{ ruLoanApproval() }}
Upd: I'm not familiar with angular at all, it turns out that $scope is just a layer for the front, try changing it here in the creditScoreService.getCreditSummary(profile) function :
