I can't boot after installing elementary OS Loki, what could be the reason?

Good afternoon.
I will describe my situation. I wanted to install elementary OS Loki on a laptop.
Preparation:
1 I downloaded the distribution kit from the official site.
2 I wrote it to a USB flash drive through the rufus program
3 I chose to boot from a USB flash drive in Bios. In second place is HDD
Installation:
4 Started booting from a USB flash drive, an action selection screen appeared, selected the "Install elementary os" item and clicked on the letter "e", in the window that opened, indicated the "nomodeset" parameter so that only the built-in video card would be used during installation. (this is already after stuffed cones and searching the net recommended in the article help.ubuntu.ru/wiki/ubuntu_12.04_%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B... and pressed F10,
6 At the time of choosing the installation location on the disk, it indicated "Erase the disk and install elementary"
7 The installation went
8 The installation ended without errors, a window appeared that the installation was completed, I need to reboot, I click restart
9 I reboot, in Bios I set to boot from the disk, the flash drive is in second place.
10 And that’s it, elementary doesn’t boot from the disk anymore (it skips it and loads it again from the USB flash drive)
11 I take out the USB flash drive, restart the computer, elementary also doesn’t boot, there are no errors, just a window appears where it says that the computer could not load any axis and there is a choice of the place from where to download (HDD, CD ..)
I can not understand what the trouble is, I have already reinstalled it 10 times, and this way and that I tried to play with the parameters during installation, the effect is the same. The main thing is no errors or warnings. I don't think it even loads GRUB.
I tried to hold down the left Shift while booting to enter the GRUB console, but the effect was 0.
Any suggestions? I don't know what to do anymore!
